Van Agniese

Yesterday the @vanagniese collective had the first opening of The Van Agniese. It’s a public art box for the Agniesebuurt.

Specifically designed to provide a platform for people who live or work in the area. The display case hangs on a fence outside the DHZ werkplaats and is always visible at Schout Heynricplein.

Van Agniese is a collective of artists, local residents, and members of the Werkplaats, which organizes a rotating selection of curators and artists to exhibit their work in the display case. As a neighborhood collective that prioritizes accessibility, connection, and sharing, we are looking for emerging artists, hobbyists, craftspeople, and informal artists among us.
